Van Dyke Strength has paired with TB9 Faceoff training to provide athletes at all levels the physical abilities required to enhance their lacrosse faceoff play. Each of the programs available below are designed to incorporate movement patterns and improve strength and speed, ultimately providing a foundation to the physical skills necessary to progress as a faceoff athlete.
