  • Responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring performance based protocols for six teams (M. Lacrosse, Ski, Volleyball, M. & W. Swimming, and M. & W. Tennis).
  • Designed and implemented nutritional programs on an individual athlete basis.
  • Implemented portions of the “Sport Science” protocol designed previously.
  • Responsible for data tracking and implementation of required changes to training, considering training load of practices, training sessions, travel, as well as competition.
