This training block consists of strength training and movement principles. The foundation of almost every elite athlete is ultimately their strength and the ability to move well through appropriate ranges of motion. This training is designed for athletes of all training ages and can be modified from 3 up to 5 days to fit every individual athlete’s needs. Every program is hyperlinked and includes instructions to guarantee simple and efficient completion. Athletes at all skill levels will see improvements in their ability to produce force from this program while also executing these movements in a more efficient manner.
